Est. in 1996 Hallam's Waterfront is an award winning seafood restaurant situated on Launceston's iconic Tamar yacht basin. Hallam's sources only the highest quality fresh seafood from the pristine waters around Tasmania such as; Blue Eye Trevalla, Spring Bay Mussels, Pacific Oysters, Scallops & Southern Rock Lobster (Crayfish) to name a few.

"Our menus change seasonally & we endeavour to offer clean, fresh & simple yet creative dishes that really capture what our Tasmanian product has to offer.

Quota systems have been introduced throughout Tasmania & Australia to help preserve our premium fishing industry. This structure has been implemented to make the industry sustainable for future generations. The pricing of fresh seafood is reflective of these systems.

I believe it is extremely important to support local wineries & why not when we have some of the world's best wines right on our doorstep. Our wine list is predominantly Tasmanian focused & we change these regularly to ensure we offer the best vintages to compliment your culinary experience."
