Hallam's was given life by Stewart and Sally Hallam for the first 15 years, the restaurant is now owned by their son Salisbury Hallam. Taking over in 2011 Salisbury began infusing new life and vibrancy into the restaurant, offering an Asian influence and fresh modern take on the routine seafood items you've come to know.
